- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Thorough knowledge of basic engineering theories and principals
- Strong verbal, written, and computer skills
- EIT certificate and desire to obtain professional engineer license
- Experience using AutoCad Land Development or Civil 3D
- Experience evaluating engineering alternatives, preparing reports, and interacting
with clients, contractors, and agencies - Desire to learn and grow knowledge base into other disciplines
The Associate Civil Engineer is expected to complete the following types of tasks under

- Prepare plans, designs, specifications, estimates, drawings, and engineering
reports - Research engineering solutions and information needed to resolve technical
issues - Develop and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget
