environmental geology/groundwater hydrology. Ms. Reckentine served as the senior project manager for several
refinery demolition/waste stabilization projects at shutdown petroleum refineries. Her work has also included
extensive hands-on experience with numerous soil and groundwater remediation techniques and she has also
successfully worked with numerous local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including negotiations of clean-up
standards, obtaining permits, and implementing consent orders. She has conducted numerous public meetings
and dealt with local land owners and impacted third parties. Her environmental consulting background includes over
14 years of project management experience in the petroleum-refining and petroleum-related industries.

Ms. Stamets is a professional engineer and project manager with over 10 years of experience working on project
sites located throughout the State of California. Ms. Stamets has managed large teams to perform remedial
investigations and feasibility studies, prepare remedial design and remedy decision documents, and perform
cleanup at environmental sites under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act
(CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

- Experienced in managing complex field investigations at large, multi-site facilities with diverse historical
chemical uses.
- Preparing high quality deliverables that are received well by clients and regulatory agencies.

Ms. Bush is a registered professional geologist in California. She has 7 years of experience in the environmental
field conducting site assessments, remediation implementation, and regulatory closure of several sites in the North
State. She has served as a project manager for several complex projects through assessment, remediation and
closure. Ms. Bush has an excellent working relationship with local agencies including the Regional Water Quality
Control Board, Central Valley Region and Shasta County Department of Resources, Environmental Health Division.
